Michelle Zemba began her journey in the art tai chi, qi gong and body work at the age of 22 while on a military tour in Japan where she discovered the intimate blend of self awareness and the movement of energy. During this time she became intrigued with the relationship between nature and the body; life force and the ability to use this energy or "qi" to aid in mental and physical health and the process of healing. Michelle's special interest is directed towards using and teaching tai chi and qi gong to build health, to exercise and rehab injuries. As a certified wellness coach Michelle Grassi works with individuals enabling them to embrace alternative health modalities as a part of their routine practices for wellness and healing. As a Licensed Massage Therapist Michelle delivers a passionate prospective of traditional eastern theory and movement with a soft mix of western touch. References available upon request.
